Aeronautical Engineer
Qualifications:
1. (Unmanned Aircraft Systems) UAS Design, Develop, build, and test.
2. Developing CAD models of the vehicle designs.
3. Design and integrate the various types of the propulsion systems.
4. High level of knowledge and experience of developing dynamic vehicle
aerodynamic, propulsion, and hardware\sensor models
5. Ability to configure the major weight and space-consuming components.
6. Ability for assessing design requirements
7. Undertaking theoretical and practical research
8. Measuring and improving the performance of aircraft, components and systems
9. High level of hands-on skills like assembling the aircraft or fitting components
10. Testing, evaluating, modifying, and re-testing 9- writing reports, manuals and Documentation
11. Providing technical advice
12. Investigating the causes of plane crashes
13. High level knowledge of the reverse engineering field
14. Developing solutions in the field of UAV's
15. Ability to select and operate the appropriate avionics (autopilot, ESC's, rotors, etc…)
16. Designing, developing, and enhancing electro-mechanical systems and mechatronic devices utilized for UAV's
Carbon Fiber Technician
Qualifications:
1. To be able to fabricate and laminate Carbon Fiber and fiberglass.
2. Be able to make molds out composite materi and silicone.
3. Qualified in the fabrication of carbon fiber products and parts from said molds.
4. Works with resins, carbon fiber, and honeycomb materials.
5. Experience in Fibergla fiber and Pre-preg carbon fiber vacuum bagging process
6. Buffing and polishing composite parts.
7. Layup composite materials such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, or Kevlar inside production molds to make strong and lightweight structural parts
8. Knowledge in Curing parts techniques
9. Weigh resins and hardeners
10. Laminate and prepare customer products to exact process specifications that meet both Applied Composites' and our customer's quality requirements
11. Clean, dry fit, and trim parts
12. Perform bonding, curing, and wet laminating tasks associated with the product
13. Perform Mold Preparation, sealing, release tasks
14. Participate in brainstormi solving with Engineering & Production personnel to solve related problems
15. Work with in house computer systems to record job status, time spent, and material tracking
