A reputed company is looking for a kitchen helper and store helper
Kitchen Steward - Primary Duties & responsibilities (Hawally)
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Place clean dishes, utensils or cooking equipment in storage areas
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving
• Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, etc
• Swe floors and perform general cleaning tasks utilizing cleaning to adhere to health and safety standards
• Clean garbage cans with water or steam
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
• Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks
• Receive and store supplies
• Prepare and package individual place settings
• Load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food or supplies
• Responsible for executing all duties assigned by immediate supervis In charge
2) Store help (Salmiya)
• Assist with all store activities like issuing, receiving and maintain inventory items.
• Provide Assistance to the store manager in his day-to-day tasks.
• Use FIFO (First in First Out) and maintain optimal stock level.
• Maintain proper records of all stocks movements by recording reliable data.
• Ensure Health & Safety and Food Storage principles are followed.
• Maintain store keeping procedures in arranging space.
• Inspects the materials before receiving and make sure all received goods are in good condition and good quality.
• Assist with daily purchase and assist in managing inventory controls.
• Keeps inventory as per the expected standards
• Assist in displaying products in an easy-to-locate manner.
• Inspect items and products for any breakages or damages.
• Maintain the store area neat and clean and sanitized.
• Safely and delicately handle the items and products in a store.
• Execute any other related tasks assigned by the store keeper.
