Roles and Responsibilities
Main KRA
The hired candidate will join Square Yards Abudhabi Office and will be responsible for Real estate Investment And Property sales to NRI back in India and in Dub Dhabi UAE.
Main KRA: Real estate sales and Lead generation Abudhabi
Sub KRA
1: Generating 3 to 5 Appointments on a daily basis.
2: Doing Minimum 2 Actual Client meetings every day.
3: For the team Handling Profile, the Team Manager is responsible for hiring h own team and the achievement of Teams Daily KRA.
4: Responsible for Minimum Meetings Target Achievement and a minimum of 4x of salary for Incentives.

Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
The candidate should be have good communication skill.
Fluent in English
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
