We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
* Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various types of air conditioning systems, including Split AC units, Package units, Ducted type units, Chilled water systems and Chilled water FCUs, V systems.
* Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of HVAC systems and components.
* Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems and implement effective solutions.
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and execute routine service tasks.
* Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
* Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies in HVAC systems.
* Provide technical guidance to junior technicians when necessary.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an AC Technician in the UAE.
* Diploma or certification in HVAC or a related field.
* Must be available to join immediately.
* In-depth knowledge of various air conditioning systems and their components.
* Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues in AC systems.
* Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards related to HVAC systems.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Experience and knowledge in Duct Works is a plus.
* Experience and knowledge in plumbing and electrical works is a plus.
* Familiarity and ability to work with different types of ceilings and in closed spaces.
* Decision making ability, quick thinking, quickness of work and physical agility.
* Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
