AC Technician
A reputable Real Estate Developer is seeking the following positions for his own properties:
A. AC Technician’s:
Candidate shall have one or more of the following skills:
1. Specialist in maintain and repair Air Cooled Chillers working with Reciprocating Compressors as well as Screw Compressors in addition to all relevant Chillers Control.
2. Specialist in Maintain and Repair Direct Expansion Units e.g. Ducted Split, Package Units. Variable Refrigerant Volu (V Capacity Floor Standing Units
3. Specialist in Maintain and Repair all Air System Equipment’s e.g. Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units in addition to Testing and Balancing (TAB) for Chilled Water Networks and Air Distribution Ducts.
B. ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Technician’s:
Specialist in Maintain and Repair of CCTV System, BMS System (BAC Net & Loan Works), Fire Alarm Systems, Lighting Control Systems and Guest Room Management System.
C. Pipefitters:
Specialist in laying and threading all steel pipes, solderi so copper pipes as well as installation of all polymer’s pipes.
D. Steel Pipe Welder:
Specialist in Electrical Steel Pipe Welding as well as oxyacetylene welding. The Candidates must have valid First Welder Certificate issued by approved br testing Third Party Institute established in the State of Qatar.
All Aforesaid Candidates shall have the following:
a. minimum 10 (ten) years of experience out of which a minimum of 5 (Five) years in the Gulf Region.
b. Ability to read and study the engineering drawings either hard blueprint copies or soft copies.
c. Resendable experience with the use of AutoCAD and MS Office.
d. Positions in A are preferred to have worked experience with one of the reputable Chillers Manufactures e.g. YORK, CARRIER, DAIKIN, etc.
e. Positions in B is preferred to have approved Qatar Civil Defence (QCD).
N.B.:
Candidates submissions shall be restricted to aforesaid qualification. Any submissions not meeting the aforesaid qualification shall be ignored.
