Qualifications
•Valid UAE driving license (Required)
Full Job Description
•Experienced in plumbing works, air conditioning units (repair & installation).
•Maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.
•Maintenance of heating and plumbing systems.
•AC maintenance services. (Chilled water HVAC systems & Split ACs)
•Ventilati Extraction services and maintenance.
•Perform manual repairs when necessary (doors, cabinets, etc.)
•To carry out Planned, Reactive & Corrective Maintenance Task.
•Knowledge of MEP and Civil works.
•Submit the daily reports to the supervisor,
•Knowledge in carpentry, gypsum works, masonry, painting, handyman works.
•Carry out corrective maintenance , handyman, refurbishment works.
•Good understanding in methods and techniques in any maintenance works.
•Ability to assist and respond any maintenance call outs.
•Familiar in all Dubai routes and location with valid driving license.
Daily commute of Workers to Site.
