Job Description

- Receive emails of client requests
- Prepare estimate using company established guidelines based on BOQ received from related estimation department
- Liaise with clients on a daily basis to incorporate projects within given locations across the country
- Assign teams and personnel for installation works based on a timely schedule
- Meet deadlines and maintain very high customer satisfaction rating
- Prepare list of existing projects on hand and forecast figures on a weekly basis
- Report directly to Managing Direct
- Control of budgets and spendings on projects in full coordination with finance
- Able to be punctual with duties and assignment


Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a client-servicing environment related to advertising, event planning or execution
- Work extremely well under pressure
- English full proficiency is a must (Other language are an asset but not required)
- Pleasant personality and customer-project oriented
- Process information quickly
- Able to train and learn
- High expertise in email application such as outlook
- Graph design and 3D modeling background is preferred
- Management skills is a must
- Use of Office application (Excel, Word, access, PP) is a requirement
