Responsibilities.
Responsible for achieving month Sales objectives with desired GM.
Manage and support debt collection within agreed terms to achieve budgeted outstanding days.
Responsible for monthly and quarterly forecast to enable planned purchase of products for distribution.
Liaise with internal departments, Ensure timely delivery to meet customers' needs. Maintain project follow-up system by monitoring market activities and following up on projects. Maintain excellent rapport with all end users and stake holders. Keep abreast of any new developments regarding new and upcoming projects in our territory.
Develop and increase customer base in assigned territories.
qualifications:
B. Sc Chemistry, B. Te Technologist Degr in Business Management
Experience and other Pre-requisites:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Pai Industry.
Good technical knowledge to understand the customer requirements, thorough product knowledge.
Good industry network.
Work as a collaborator and have an aspiration to grow and take additional responsibility to create new opportunity for self and organization. Effective communication and presentation skills, speaking with authority and conviction.
Submit periodic reports on markets and overall area performance, as and when required by the management.
Able to act on own initiative, making things happen and taking responsibility.
Good IT literacy with a good knowledge of MS Office
Fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic and other languages would be an added advantage.
UAE driving license is essential.
