Job Description

Multitask position with scope of business administration & accountancy for an Events Management Company.

Responsibilities• Assist and support manager to ensure the day-to-day office operations run smoothly.• Daily accounting entries as well as biweek closing entries• Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.• Maintaining accurate financial records.• Managing income and expenditure accounts.• Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data.• Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company.• Prepares payments by verifying doentation, and requesting disbursements.• Inspect and update all doentation and systems related to accounting and company finances.• Payment process of approved invoices and payrolls• Handle all doents of team with payroll including new hires, terminations, resignation, deductions, leaves, or any payroll related work every cut off to process payroll on time.• Perform a wide variety of administrative tasks including managing phones and emails, scheduling appointments, and planning meetings.• Organize meetings, prepare agenda, take minutes, and communicate the next steps accordingly.• Receive and review doents for manager approvals.• Prepare spreadsheets٫ presentations, and reports requested by manager. • Review and optimize office policies and procedures٫ particularly doentation and filing system.• Make travel arrangements including visa and reservations for managers and visitors and process business travel request, petty cash requisition, and travel reconciliation.• Monitoring the human resources, benefits, and payroll.

Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
