We are looking for an ambitious and professional General Accountant that provides support to the finance department by managing and performing general accounting tasks in our organization. You will be part of a team of professionals, working to maintain order and transparency for the company's finances.
Task and Responsibilities
The said candidate must handle the following tasks - Bookkeeping, Prepare company Asset, Liability and Capital Account entries, Petty Cash Management, Handle Accounts receivables and Payables, prepare a monthly end closing, follow up payments and collections. Handle bank operations and transactions
Reconciliations, Analyze general ledger accounts, Prepare Financial reports regarding revenues, expenses Fixed assets, Liabilities Profits & Loss and ageing reports.
Handle Employee Salaries and payroll processing – WPS
Inventory Management, prepare Tax return and invoices and VAT Filing
Filipino National Female with minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience Or Indian Male / Female with relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or same field
Proven experience as a General Accountant with min 3 to 5 years of experience
Well versed with accounting principles, experience with MS Excel and accounting software
Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
