Job Description

Your Role: Assisting and reporting to the CEO, you will organize and maintain the Executive’s schedule and assist by performing variety of administrative tasks like meeting management, taking minutes of meeting and action tracking. Develop, implement and maintain various admin controls and provide centralized admin management. Establish and maintain document archiving and retrieval systems. Research and compile statistical information and monitor the operating budged. Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. Plan and organize meetings with the clients and attain overseas conference calls. Respond to the client and customer inquiries on a timely basis and provide word processing and secretarial support whenever necessary.
