Job Description

erve as the first point of contact for the organization, answering incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly and professionally.

· Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization's products, services, and policies.

· Maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's offerings to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

· Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages.

· Assist the Director with administrative tasks.

· Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.

· Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and doentation systems.

· Assist in preparing presentations, doents, and materials.

· Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.

· Process and track expense reports.

· Assist in preparing and coordinating logistics for company events.

· Support the onboarding process for new employees.

· Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.

· Assist in the coordination of office maintenance, repairs, and renovations.

· Act as a point of contact for employees' inquiries.

· Handle sensitive and confidential information.

· Assist in other general administrative tasks.

Support the marketing team in managing social media platforms.

· Monitor social media channels and promptly respond to inquiries.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies.

· Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities.

· Assist in the creation and execution of social media advertising campaigns.

· Update and maintain the company website.

· Assist in creating engaging web content.


Candidate Requirements

•Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Proficiency in using office software.
•Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work well under pressure.
•Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
•Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
