Responsibilities:

Handle and coordinate active calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Handle client inquiries via phone and email
Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed, including managing visa processes and applications


Candidate Requirements

Qualifications

5 years of administrative experience is required
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Strong organizational skills
