Job Description

Providing administrative support effectively and efficiently.
Ensure to remain professional and approachable at all times
Responsible for answering queries either telephone or emails
Coordinating the inquiries to the team and the supplier
Producing wide range of documents (email, letter, quotation, Purchase Order, Invoices and delivery notes
Ensures submission of documents on deadline set.
Handling responsibility of orders and production Locally or Abroad.
Monitor Production until delivery of orders to client
Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Other duties and responsibilities as requested by Management


Candidate Requirements

Preferably Filipina with Transferable Visa.
Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, Purchasing and Accounting
Solid knowledge of office procedures and purchasing.
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically.
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail.
with accounting background is a must
