Job Description

• Meeting with prospective candidates / students virtually or personal visits
• Successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Expected to reach an average of 80 -100 calls per day including lead generation and responding to telephone queries
• Establishing new contacts
• Approaching new customers by cold calls and emails
• Demonstrating and presenting the courses of VIMEF and its Partner Providers
• Maintain accurate records on the customer list
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Reviewing sales performance
• Negotiating course and packages
• Working towards monthly or annual targets
• You will work closely with marketing and promotion team and provide input for lead generation campaigns for the higher education and vocational student market by assisting in developing effective marketing campaigns (paid search, email campaigns, and social media activities) as directed by the marketing team
• You will also be required to provide input to identify new ways to attract high-quality candidates for all courses
• You will be implementing student recruitment activities to expand the higher education and vocational training prospective students
• From supplied leads, you will need to qualify leads to nurture them through their decision path and then convert them into enrolled students
• Advising prospective students and/or parents on the programs in person/via telephone/emails and guiding them through the enrolment & admission process
• You will be required to maintain and update CRM with interactions with prospective students.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics will be well regarded
• You will be involved in the execution of various student recruitment events, activities, and exhibitions
• Providing support to the admissions team as required


Candidate Requirements

The Admission Counsellor is responsible to source new leads and to convert leads into enrolment. He/She needs to develop, manage, execute and grow the Global Career Pathway and its Partner Providers business in UAE, and providing a range of strategic sales and marketing functions.
Education: Graduate with Minimum 1 Year Experience
Husband Visa Preferable
Language: English / Hindi / Malayalam / Urdu / Arabic Advantage
