The ideal candidate will be instrumental in boosting our sales and revenue growth by identifying opportunities, creating and executing sales strategies, and contributing to the expansion of our client base. The candidate must possess a proven track record of success in sales within the consulting industry.Key Responsibilities
The chosen candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks:
- Conducting in-depth sales and market analysis to pinpoint potential sales targets and opportunities.
- Formulating comprehensive sales plans and setting and achieving sales targets.
- Proactively generating leads to fuel business growth.
- Effectively managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Crafting and refining proposals tailored to meet clients' specific needs.
- Delivering persuasive sales presentations, skillfully negotiating terms, and consistently closing deals.
- Spearheading diverse marketing activities to bolster Averroes brand and reach.
- Actively participating in business development endeavors and aiding in the development of new services.
- Being ready to perform consulting duties as required.Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is highly advantageous.
- Approximately 5-7 years of overall sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the consulting industry, with a focus on areas such as Strategy, Quality and Excellence, Innovation, and Organizational Transformation.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English is an absolute requirement.
- A proven track record of being performance-driven, meeting targets consistently, and displaying determination in achieving results.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Salary is negotiable depends on the experience and qualifications
