1-Well-versed in the field of Agricultural Science.
2-Technical Diploma in Agricultural Science.
3-Minimum 3-5 years of experience, in agriculture projects that includes hardscape and softscape.
4-Having experience in garden maintenance work such as trimming and lawn mowing etc.
5-Knowing plant names especially those that are suitable to Kuwait weather conditions
6-Oversee and manage site operations to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively
7-Coordinate with owner and internal teams to define project requirements and objectives.
8-Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
9-Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary Conduct regular inspection & to assess work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project plans.
10-Provide guidance and support to site staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
11-Ability to understand the climate, plant types, and water availability to determine the appropriate irrigation, volumes techniques, water sources, and distribution methods.
12-Ability to perform calculations to determine the water requirements of plants and landscapes based on factors such as plant types, evapotranspiration rates, and soil moisture levels.
13-Knowledge of MSWord, Excel knowledge.
14-Ability to work under pressure and carry multiple tasks.
15-Driver license.
