Job Description

Providing the daily technical support to the business related to SFA solution. 
Customizing / modifying the existing system as per business specifications and requirement.
Documenting and facilitating any new requirement and providing the needed support.
Set up functions, enter data or procedures, processing information related to SFA.
Analyze computer network issues and choose the best solution to maintain connectivity.
Coordinate with related functions and prepare technical reports, training materials and documentations for end users.
Monitoring user access and security.
Monitoring performance and managing parameters to provide fast query responses to front-end users.
Develop, manage and test back-up and recovery plans.
Ensure that storage, archiving, back-up and recovery procedures are functioning correctly.
Involved in business process definition and implementation.
Develop reports needed for operation.
