Create renderings and other presentation collateral
Verify that design solutions are compliant with code and project requirements
Responsible for the delivery of required designs within cost, schedule and quality parameters agreed upon with the project proponent for the projects is assigned to.
Responsible and accountable for all design aspects pertaining to the specific proje.
Provide on- call technical support to the project during the various stages of the development cycle from land acquisition, planning, construction, marketing and project turn- over.
Create and revise construction documents following redlines and verbal or written direction, with minimal supervision Ask clear, direct questions in a timely manner to identify issues and establish priorities within the design solution Coordinate with managers and meet team goals and expectations
We are urgently looking for architects with strong sense of design and proficiency to use different software particularly:
ArchiCAD, Revit and Rhino+ grasshopper is a plus.
-proficiency in CAD drawing
- proficiency in 3D modelling
- knowledge of digital image Post-processing (Ps, etc).
- graphical knowledge (Ai, Id is a plus)
Preferred nationalities are from Spain, Ukraine, Lebanon, and Philippines, and should be based in Dubai.
Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience 3- 5+ years' relevant experience in similar position at an architecture firm.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English - oral and written
Capability to avoid re-work of tasks by asking appropriate questions in a timely manner.
