Responsibilities
•Design architecture projects from inception to completion, demonstrating creativity and technical expertise.
•Develop comprehensive project design plans, including detailed drawings and specifications.
•Ensure designs adhere to local and international regulations and standards.
•Provide technical input to ensure designs meet project management and quality requirements.
•Monitor design quality and maintain consistency across projects.
•Collaborate with the project management team and contractors to ensure construction aligns with design and project requirements.
•Monitor construction quality and maintain consistency across projects.
•Manage construction costs and expenses effectively.
•Foster strong client relationships and prioritize client satisfaction.
•Manage client expectations regarding project scope, design, and construction.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
•Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in architecture and project management.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
•In-depth knowledge of local and international regulations and standards related to architecture and construction.
