This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing functional and practical buildings, overseeing construction projects, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes. The Architect will also collaborate with clients, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.
•Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
•Maximum of 10 years of experience in building design and construction management
•Advanced knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and building construction techniques and materials
•Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
•Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
•Strong communication and presentation skills
•Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
•Experience in sustainable design and certification is a plus
•Professional licensure is a plus
