Grade A UPDA registered Architect with 5 years minimum Fire & Life Safety work experience in Qatar. (Preferably passed Municipality QCD Exam for Fire & Life Safety.
Knowledgeable in conventional Architectural Design standards and drafting presentation using AutoCad.
Well verse in application of the latest NFPA Codes and Standards. (NFPA 101 LSC, NFPA 5000, etc.)
With knowledge of the latest QCDD (AHJ) requirements and other local / international regulations. (QCD-TRG, Accessibility, Municipality, etc)
Preferably with good communication skills and working behavior. Can execute fast phased projects independently with minimal supervision.
Shall be responsible for reviewing architectural designs, provide relevant comments and technical solutions ensuring compliance.
Shall be able to prepare FLS drawings, compliance reports, fire strategy report and other related submission to authorities.
