ADC Architectural & Engineering Consultants is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our growing team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project coordination.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit with proven experience in BIM-based projects.
Experience in architectural design development, detailing, and construction doentation.
Ability to coordinate effectively with Structural, MEP, and other multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority requirements is an advantage.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs from concept through detailed design stages.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, BIM models, and technical doentation using Revit.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, local codes, and authority regulations.
Participate in design reviews, site meetings, and project coordination activities.
Support project delivery within established timelines and quality standards.
