As an Area Manager based in Dubai, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple locations within a specified geographic area. You will be tasked with driving operational excellence, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all outlets under your jurisdiction. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity across all outlets.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.
Sales and Revenue Generation:

Set ambitious sales targets for each outlet and develop action plans to achieve and exceed these targets.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and expansion.
Implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase market share.
Staff Management and Development:

Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff to ensure a high level of performance and customer service.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and innovation.
Customer Experience:

Ensure that all outlets deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Collect customer feedback and use it to make informed decisions to enhance the overall customer experience.
Budgeting and Financial Management:

Develop annual budgets and forecasts for each outlet, monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure profitability.
Implement cost-saving initiatives and efficiency measures to optimize financial performance.
Prepare regular financial reports and present findings to senior management.


Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a multi-site environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
Familiarity with local market trends and consumer preferences in Dubai.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates
