Job Description

Assist in leading the Sales Department to set individual objectives, manage performance, develop and motivate sales staff.
Develop sales policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure the consistent application and ease of sales operations.
Ensure all sales activity, planning and execution are at the highest level
Ensure the sales objectives set by the management are achieved
Provide market place feedback
Develop an account management process to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness in the operation.
Contribute in developing offer stocks pricing strategy.
Ensure the member of the sales team is fully aware of all the courses and benefits being offered.
Ensure to operate and promote a culture of best practice in all they do.
Understand the regional market, assigned and ensure to offer the best proposition in the marketplace under the direction and consultation with the Department Head.
Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Train the employees to work efficiently to ensure smooth and continuous operations
Maintaining the employee attendance records and leave reports
Assisting various policies to the management staff that would help in meeting business goals
Implementing the production plans with respect to the approved schedule
Monitoring the on-going work and identifying the problems if any
Initiate continuous improvements of technology and procedures for operating excellence
Providing proper customer service by responding to their questions and complaints in a timely manner
Develop disciplinary and behavioral standards for the employees and efficient working of the organization
Supervising the daily operations branch office
Ensuring that the employees are following safe work practices and company standards
Keeping track of the expenses and developing operating budget
Reviewing the plans of correction and approving them if necessary
Communicating with the staff and employees to understand the problems and other important aspects
