Job Summary
We are looking for a proficient Accounts Executive.
Managing existing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services. Developing and implementing effective account plans to retain existing customers. Identifying customer needs and communicating how company products and services fulfill those needs.
Tasks and Responsibilities
· Manage all accounting transactions.
· Prepare budget forecasts.
· Publish financial statements on time.
· Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
· Ensure timely bank payments.
· Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
· Manage balance sheets and prof statements.
Should be able to handle :
account payables & receivables
VAT
Tally
Filing
S knowledge is a must
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Capable of delegating multiple tasks
