We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced admin and security individual to join our team in Qatar. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a strong background in administration and security to take on a key role in a dynamic and growing organization.
Responsibilities:
•Manage and supervise control room operators and staff.
•Monitor and operate control room equipment and systems, including security cameras, alarms, and communication systems.
•Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate action.
•Maintain accurate records of events and incidents.
•Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and protocols.
•Perform regular equipment checks and maintenance tasks.
•Conduct security checks and surveillance, as required.
•Provide regular reports and updates to management.
•Manage and supervise the operation and maintenance of communication equipment and systems.
•Provide technical guidance and support to control room operators.
•Plan and coordinate communication operations for mock drills and operations.
•Develop and implement standard operating procedures and protocols.
•Provide regular reports and updates to management.
•Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
•Develop and conduct training programs for control room operators
Requirements:
•Proven experience as security manager or similar position.
•Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV).
•Experience in reporting and emergency response planning.
•Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
•Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis.
•Working knowledge of MS Office.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
•High school diploma; Further education in security administration or similar field will be an asset.
