Job Description
• Assists the teacher in planning and maintaining a safe, clean, learning environment and in assuring the well-being and safety of the children in her care.
• Assists teacher to implement the developmental assessment for each child to determine the child’s strengths and areas in which each child may need help.
• Preparing the teaching materials.
• Assists the teacher in safeguarding all classroom supplies and equipment.
• Assisting the children ages from 4months-4yrs old going to the washroom.
• Changing nappies.
• Console babies or kids if crying.
• Assisting kids and helping out while on field trip.
• Sits with children during all meal times and assisting kids while they are eating
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the classroom.
• Updating attendance of kids every day.
• Performs any other task deemed necessary by the branch director.
