A well-established 'Class-1' MEP Engineering Consulting Firm in UAE' is seeking an Associate Director of Engineering with preferably (25-30 Years’ Experience) who is interested to join in the capacity of ‘Self Employed Associate to Procure, Expand and Execute M Projects. The terms of association will be subject to mutual benefit and agreement.

Preliminaries: (Subject to Contractual Terms and Conditions)
Primary Duties: (Business Centric)
1.Business Development – You will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion
2. Client Acquisition - You will develop and manage a client portfolio through cultivating new client relationships.
3. Marketing – You will prepare and execute relevant marketing plans to develop the company’s brand image.
4.Business & Management Strategy – You will be responsible to establish and develop various business and management strategies that will enable every function to run and operate in a smooth manner.
Secondary Duties: (Project Centric)
1.Project Management Design – You will be responsible for the complete project management from Pre – Construction (Pre-concept, Concept to Tender).
2.Project Contracts – You will be responsible to prepare, discuss and issue project proposals and contracts after advisement with the present management.
3. Project Timeline - Prepare and review preliminary timeline of the project considering all stages of the project starting from feasibility analysis till handover
4. Value Engineering - Carry out cost optimization and value engineering
5. Authorities Approvals - Get statutory approval drawings prepared and get it submitted for timely approval ensuring that there are no violations.
6. Review and Verify - Review and verify statutory approval drawings and documents
7. Final Review - Review and approve tender drawings and details
This is not a salaried position but an opportunity to establish a partnership business on the brand good will of the Class 1 MEP consultancy firm which will be subject to mutual consent.
The possible advantages for the Associate Director:
1. To establish his own Engineering business practise under the umbrella of a Class 1 MEP Engineering firm.
2. Profit sharing on project basis or mutual consent otherwise stated in contract agreement.
3. Complete operational autonomy and discretion subject to mutual consent
