AUTO CAD Draftsman ( Civil / Infrastructure )
CAD Technician Opportunity in QATAR:
Due to the COVID restrictions only Qatar Candidates can apply.
NOC and Visa Transfer is Must.
Should be able to join within 2 weeks of time.
As Multi-disciplinary CAD Technician, your main activities will be:
Creating and modifying the Integration 2D CAD drawings with provided As-Built drawings from different contractors and consultants and ensuring that the tractability is maintained throughout the program.
Produce 2D sketches to facilitate the site executions.
Incorporates the changes into the provided data from client or internal engineering team.
In the event of any technical problems or deviations, informs the concern discipline lead engineers and offer technical advice and make corrections to the drawings.
Performing logistic layouts upon client’s request.
Performing As-built layout studies and maintain drawings register.
Profile:
Diploma in Civil engineering or ITI Draftsmanship or similar.
Awareness of British Standards BS1192:2007 is a plus.
Knowledge of ASHGHAL Standards.
Good knowledge and understanding of general layout rules.
Excellent working knowledge with X-Ref and Layout Tabs constraints.
Design office experience – Knowledge of several areas of engineering drawings (MEP, electrical, civil engineering, etc.).
Experience in the Infrastructure sector is desirable (Roads, Bridges, Utility underground networks).
Coordination drawings experience is added advantage.
Software and tools: AutoCAD ***D; & Google Earth Pro.
