Oversee set-up of facility for auctions

Monitoring lot inventory and infrastructure
Maintaining inventory of vehicles
Perform required inspections and basic maintenance of front-end loaders to ensure safe operating condition of the loader
Manage the daily functions of the business
Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
Manage budget to align with goals of business Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency with MS Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Comfort working with multiple groups within business
Must have a valid Driver’s License
General mechanical knowledge of vehicle mak
Ability to work independently
Excellent verbal communication
Professional and clean appearance
Bachelor Degree required
