-Perform allocated repairs in accordance with Manufacturer’s repair procedures to obtain high quality repairs.
-Avoid waste of time to improve productivity.
-Proper use of tools, equipment & shop manuals to keep in good condition.
-Attend training & self-study to improve skills & product knowledge
-Feedback to Team leader additional repair required to get custom approval.
-Maintain cleanliness of working area to assure a health & safe working environment.
-Follow vehicle’s cleanliness cautions to obtain customer satisfaction
-Conduct work in safe manner by using suitable PPE required for the job and observing fire and safety regulations.
-Service Excellence standards: Pursue excellence in servicing customers, colleagues and all company personnel
-Perform other related duties as requested or required.
-High School graduate or technical education in automotive field.
-5 to 8 years field experience in the same position with any Automobile Agen.
-Vehicle knowledge
-Experienced in trouble shooti of different mechanical & electrical troubles in automobiles.
-Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks.
-Physically fit & hard worker
-Responsible & reliable
