Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift and carry items weighing up to a certain limit (e.g., bags of coffee beans).
- Work in a dynamic and potentially noisy environment.
