We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. The Barista will greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for coffee and
responsibilities:
* Greet customers and take orders
* prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
* Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders
* Handle cash and credit card transactions
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Stock and replenish supplies as needed
* Answer customer questions about menu items and ingredient's
* Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
* Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of coffee and tea brewing techniques
* Ability to operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and tea brewing techniques
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
* High school diploma or equivalent
