Responsibilities
•Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons according Our Standards
•Interact with customers and regular guests, take orders and serve food and beverages
•Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations with upselling and cross selling
•Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic ingredients to prepare cocktails
•Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
•Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
•Comply with all food and beverage regulations as well as the company policies and SOP’s
Requirements and Skills
•Proven working experience as a Bartender in an alcoholic bar
•Strong knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
•Basic POS knowledge
•Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
•Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean at all time
•Relevant training certificates
•Preferably WSET level 1or 2(preferably in spirits)
•Charismatic and energetic personality
•Time management skills
•Must be able work in quickly, in fast-paced environments and methodically.
•Must be able to Lift heavy items (about 30-35kg), such as beer kegs and different items.
•Must have a good organization skills and must have a good memory to remember all recipes
