Full Job Description
Work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders. Their responsibilities include: able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies and verifying age requirements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for the bar counter.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Key skills include:
•Full Knowledge of the alcoholic products.
•Job efficiency
•Paying attention to detail
•Interpersonal communication skills.
•Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
•Knowledge of arabic language is a plus
•Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
