Specific Requiremen of the Position Include:
Demonstrated knowledge of and the ability to use and instruct guests on the proper usage of all Watersports equipment.
Expertise in utilizing a Jet skis, surf bike and kayak, paddle boats etc
Maintaining guest safety during all lessons.
The ability to work in a multi-cultur environment.
Exceptional physical fitness
Maintaining visual contact of guests during their use of equipment and being fully prepared to render prompt assistance.
Responding immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency.
Identifying and reporting any observed signs or symptoms of illne of a rescued victim to the nurse and the Dive Supervisor and Manager.
Providing emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.
Presenting professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintaining a high standard of customer service
Preferred Nationalities: Siri Lankan, Indians and Kenyans.
