•Ability to perform well under pressure with multi-tasking with good team player
oMaintain records and report levels of usage stored properly.
oLearning about menu items and memorizing & developing new Mock Tail recipes
oTo interact with guests & colleagues in a courteous, friendly, open and honest manner.
oTo be consistently well groomed & professional in appearance and to wear the appropriate uniform.
oTo minimize operating cost by using all equipment and products in accordance with the company guidelines and to ensure it.
oMaintain bar area perfect by removing trash, cleaning bar surfaces, glasses, utensils, and equipment.
oMust have excellent communication, flexible, maintain personnel hygiene and interpersonal skills.
oEvaluates new trends and competitors’ products offering, and update the offering accordingly
oTo be innovative, suggesting new ideas and investigating new ways of doing thinks or new services for our guests

Qualifications:
•At least 03 year experience in the same role
•Cl group experience is mandatory.

Salary Package: AED 2500 to AED 5500 plus attractive incentives
