5 years’ experience in Designing and Revit Modelling
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360
Can handle pressure and execute the work within the timeline
Work independently on Architectural design projects
Prepare and present design solutions and take part in various stages of design development
Taking part or lead in design assignments in collaboration with project team
Ensure knowledge of all applicable local design guidelines, codes and international standard
Responsible for the production of presentation drawings for concepts based on project requirements
Responsible for the production of documents and drawings required by various statutory bodi agencies
Production of detailed layouts and plans for projects under the supervision of a senior architect.
Good verbal, written communication skills
May take the lead on developing Architectural model content like parametric families for the project.
