General Skills and Info:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
5-10 years of post-graduate experience
Project delivery experience
Must be in the UAE and can join immediately
Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to:
Proficient in Revit Architecture
BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data se and project setup.
Helping to technically deliver BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM coordination by creating 3D coordinated B Design Models and documentation as per approved drawings and site coordination.
Assist the project team in all technical BIM-related matters.
Review of clash reports with the project team, and the general contractor and lead this process when needed.
Prepare reports and schedules for internal use (exports from Revit Architecture).
Proficient in detail design – LOD200 – LOD500
Knowledge of BIM Standards such as PAS 1192, BS 1192, LOD Specs, etc.
Proficiency in design software(s) such as LUMION, AUTOCAD, REVIT, SKETCHUP, PHOTOSHOP, and IN DESIGN is a plus.
