* A bachelor's degree / Diploma in architecture.
* 2 - 3 years experience as BIM modeler
* 3-dimensional visual plan designing.
* should have had experience working closely with architects and engineers to develop designs for clients.
* Should be knowledgeable on BIM concepts & a good understanding of Architecture.
