Job description
1. Preparing 4D modelling and 5D modelling for all project phases in coordination with the projects control department.
2. Preparing and submitting all mechanical system(HVAC-plumbing- Firefighting) shop drawings and as build drawings as per LOD400/500.
3. Producing BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation and verification.
4. Developing BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based quantification.
5. Creating and updating BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information Ensuring integri of the models.
6. Generating documentation and shop drawings for BIM Model
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
