We are seeking an experienced and certified Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor to join our team. As a BLS Instructor, you will be responsible for training healthcare professionals in Dubai on life-saving techniques in emergency situations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and be able to provide effective training in a classroom and hands-on setting.1
Responsibilities:
• Conduct BLS training sessions for healthcare professionals in accordance with DHA guidelines and standards
• Develop and update training materials, manuals, and visual aids as needed
• Evaluate the progress and performance of trainees and provide feedback
• Organize and maintain BLS training equipment and supplies
• Collaborate with the training team to ensure the smooth delivery of training programs
• Ensure compliance with AHA standards & guidelines, as well as DHA regulations and guidelines
• Must hold a valid license from the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS) as a BLS Instructor
• Highly knowledgeable on medical and paramedical healthcare or related fields.
• A good experience as a BLS Instructor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently AND as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within the UAE if needed
