We are looking for an experienced Electrician to undertake a variety of tasks relating to setting up and maintaining electrical infrastructure. Your job will involve installing electrical wiring in buildings, troubleshooting malfunctions and blackouts and repairing appliances.
Building management system (BMS) Technician is responsible for performing a range of instrumentation and controls equipment for HVAC and maintenance systems.
Works on basic HVAC network systems, HVAC controller and has knowledge in actuators, temperature sensor, wiring
Experience in BMS (preferably, Honeywell Controllers) installation, termination, and wiring
Programs BMS controls and sequences of operations, monitor, troubleshoots, and refines the BMS to meet the equipment specifications.
Performs basic electrical installation. Installs and configures application specific controllers.
Should know how to fix the Field devices
Knowledge of safe work practices
Good Communication skills
4-5 years of relevant experience
