Facilities Management Company (“FMCO”), is looking for qualified candidates for Building Inspectors position based in Riyadh, and the details of Job roles are as below:
- The Building Inspectors will be key controller for the property.
- Control and Manage the Permit to Work for each building and monitor daily performance.
- To monitor, control and stop Fit-Out activities, subject to permit to work.
- To monitor the behavior of building occupants (contractors and tenants) to ensure high standards and report concerns.
- To escalate Security Concerns to the Security Team and provide assistance, where required.
- Be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and handle the complaint by resolving issues or escalating the matter to the FM Management Team.
