Should have experience in License Amendment, License Cancellation or Liquidation, and External Approval Applications.
Experience in the same field with 1-2 years required
Should have experience in Dubai Mainland & Free zone PRO work
Experience in making quotations for clients
Communication skills English must be fluent read & write
Working with the operations team, finance team, managers, marketing team, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of services are being delivered and all client needs are met.
Discuss and resolve with various personnel in each department the best, fastest, and most effective solution for every client’s requirements, situation, and request.
Ensure the correct services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to the direct manager.
Analysis and identification of upcoming corporate needs and opportunities of every client.
Resolving key client issues and complaints.
