We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Manpower Administration Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the manpower needs of our organization. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure that the right talent is in place to meet our operational needs.As a Manpower Administration Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for managing employee schedules, coordinating training programs, and providing support to managers and supervisors in various administrative tasks.The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be required to interact with employees at all levels of the organization. Additionally, a working knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential for success in this role.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process, including the creation and posting of job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.Coordinate employee scheduling and ensure proper coverage of shifts.Assist in the coordination of training programs and workshops for employees.Prepare various reports and presentations relating to workforce planning and forecasting.
