We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an MBA qualification and a proven track record in conducting feasibility reports, project reports, business plans, and marketing surveys.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
Conduct feasibility studies, project reports, and business plans to assess potential growth opportunities.
Analyze market trends and conduct marketing surveys to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
Requirements:
MBA qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, with a focus on feasibility reports, project reports, and business plans.
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
