Job Overview

As a Business Development Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and executing
strategies aimed at expanding our market presence and increasing revenue. Your duties will
require identifying and pursuing business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and
establishing key partnerships. Drawing on your extensive knowledge of the travel industry,
you'll develop and execute innovative approaches to attract customers and enhance our
competitive stance. This position requires an individual with exceptional communication skills, a
strategic mindset, and a demonstrated history of driving business growth.

Responsibilities and Duties Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends,
customer preferences, and competitive opportunities. Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with hotels, airlines, and
other travel service providers to create value-added offerings. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients,
both individual and corporate, and achieve revenue targets. Digital Presence: Enhance the online presence of the agency through a user-friendly
website, social media, and digital marketing initiatives. Networking: Attend industry events and build relationships with key stakeholders,
fostering a strong network within the travel sector. Innovation: Introduce innovative travel packages and services to differentiate the
agency and stay ahead in a competitive market. Customer Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction by implementing a robust customer
relationship management (CRM) system and collecting and analyzing customer
feedback. Quality Delivery: Monitor and ensure the delivery of high-quality services in line with
client expectations. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about and ensure compliance with legal and
regulatory requirements in the travel industry.


Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the
travel industry.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the travel
sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and online platforms.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
• Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment.
