Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Market Insight and Lead Generation:
•Utilize industry expertise to identify potential clients within the Education sector, understanding their specific uniform needs and preferences.
•Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
•Generate high-quality leads through targeted prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Customized Sales Strategy:
•Develop a strategic sales plan tailored to the Education sector, focusing on schools and educational institutions of all sizes.
•Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to set ambitious yet achievable sales targets aligned with company objectives.

Consultative Selling and Product Presentation:
•Utilize in-depth product knowledge to conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers in schools and educational institutions.
•Understand and analyze the unique requirements of each client, offering personalized uniform solutions and value-added services.
•Initiate and manage the sampling process to showcase our product range, providing physical samples and digital presentations as needed.

Proposal Development, Negotiation, and Follow-Up:
•Prepare professional proposals and quotations that address the specific needs and budgets of educational institutions.
•Follow up with potential clients through various channels, including physical meetings, calls, emails, and chat, to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
•Leverage deep expertise in CRM systems to manage and track the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates on lead status.
•Proactively qualify leads, addressing any concerns and objections, and guiding them through the sales process to successful closures.

Customer Relationship Management:
•Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the Education sector, positioning Uniformsly as the go-to provider for uniforms.
•Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
•Stay attuned to client needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Industry Insights and Feedback:
•Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and changes in uniform trends within the Education sector.
•Provide valuable insights and feedback to the management team to improve products, services, and market positioning.


Candidate Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•Proven track record in Business Development or Sales, with a focus on the Education sector and uniforms industry.
•Extensive knowledge of uniform products, fabrics, and customization options.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
•Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
•Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
